[ after the trial, kara is going to the kitchen because someone needs to make sure everyone's still fed after that ordeal. the last thing he's expecting to find there, though, is...

...well he doesn't actually know saix's name, but. that guy. he doesn't speak at first, unsure of what to even say. after a long pause, he settles for: ]

She'll be cured.

[ only a fool wouldn't notice that he cared for the girl on some level, even he tries to hide it. ]

[ he's scooping up lots and lots of ice cream as they speak, but kara in the kitchen does give him pause. ]

I wonder how many items like that we can get out hands on.

All I know is that Lune and Sol aren't capable of giving us more of them. Shess may have the last one, for now.

[ he frowns, and sets his sword down to rest against the cabinets. ]

We just have to hope this one doesn't go to waste, like the last one did.

How would it make it more difficult? It won't be any different than the first two weeks we were here.

In the meantime, we have two non-corrupted killers still loose. Only one of which we know.

It sounds like we can at least keep him contained, and his ability nullified. As long as Lune and Sol don't falter on that, he shouldn't be able to hurt anyone else.

So we only have one more to find.

If not, there are other methods to subdue him.

I'm still trying to make sense of the poison. It had to have been diluted, so if it wasn't another Reflection user..... then I don't know how the cyanide would have worked.

I don't know. There's a possibility it wasn't poison that killed him, but... are Toxicity users immune to all poisons?
